Lifesaving skills program for advanced swimmers aged 11+
Dive into Lifeguarding Excellence: Comprehensive Program for Advanced Swimmers
This program teaches advanced swimming students three levels of lifesaving skills set out by the Lifesaving Society: Rookie Patrol, Ranger Patrol, and Star Patrol.
Each of these categories focuses on a different set of essential lifesaving skills, including, First aid, Lifesaving kicks, and Safe victim removal

What Will My Child Learn During Your Patrol Swimming Lessons?
This program gives students a solid foundation for future lifeguarding training, and it is suitable for advanced students who can preferably swim at a Swimmer 8 level. Students who are confident in their ability to swim with proper form and perform a variety of aquatic entries will learn how to apply these skills in lifesaving scenarios, continuing their stroke and endurance development while attaining new skills, including:

Assessing conscious and unconscious victims

Develop effective lifesaving kicks to move and support victims in the water

Treating bone and joint injuries

Front crawl – Advanced standards
